You can see CMS reports on your PC if :-

1. Your PC has a browser.
2. It is connected on FOIS WAN.
3. You are able to ping CMS server 10.60.200.168

No permission is required to view the reports. Simply put in the address http://10.60.200.168 to come to CMS home page and from there go to the CMS statistics and Analysis page which is the home page of CMS. A Mozilla Fire fox browser shall be preferred. Users having IE browsers can download the Mozilla on there PC from the CMS home page.
